When attending marketing and business development meetings I hear a lot about thinking outside of the box? What if a whole new set of boxes that you didn’t even realize were available to you? Not the usual brainstorming sessions but new boxes where sustainable creativity is the norm. No matter how creative and forward thinking people may be, they frequently do not know which box they’re supposed to think outside of.
Most organizations out of the box thinking, no matter how comfortable, is actually harming them by no longer getting them what they need to succeed. And most of the time they don’t know where to look for new ideas in the space beyond that box.
The current business environment is placing a premium on creativity. The game changer is about building new boxes.
